I worked for Platinum eProducts since 2004 until 2008 as Customers Service Consultant .I received an in house training certicate for Customer Service, Assertiverness and Stress Management.I was also awarded as the best team player. I started working for Homechoice in 2011 as the inboud call centre agent . I was awarded a certificate of excellence for delighting the customer. I moved to the sale shop within the same company as a cashier to develop my skills and I also work at the reception as a switchboard operator.In 2015 i received an opportunity to work at the show room for Homechoice .I received in house training via Beyond Basics where i skilled myself with Business Etiquette,Introduction to PC& Windows 7,New to Excel2010,Customer Service &Dealing with Difficult People.In 2018 i was appointed for a Customer Service Manager Johannesburg at Maponya Mall Branch in 2019.I was appointed as a Customer Service Manager In the East London Branch for the showroom in East London in 2020 I climbed the cooperate ladder and i was appointed as the Branch Manager in the East London Showroom.
