I was part of a team that was installing subsoil pipe layer and storm water pipes in Gugulethu at Section 2 for a period of two years. It was revealed that the company was embezzling money meant for implementation of the project. That resulted in the contract being terminated and we were informed that we were going to be working for another company to complete the contract.
